The location of property is terrible. You need to climb 45 steps to reach the room. No care for senior citizens at all. No food service or tea service by the hotel. Though i reserved for 2 days, i had to move after 1 days terrible stay. When contacted make my trip thru which booking was done for seeking their intervention, but only assurances were given without any relief. Hotel was not able to provide any helpand as a result considering medical emergency for my wife who couldn't even take a step we had to move out of hotel after one by sacrificing the reservation for 1 day. Still no communication was received from make my trip on the pendency of 1 days payment towards my reservation m. It's a horrible experience from thd hotel as well as make my trip in terms of casual and indifferent approach towards the serious concerns raised from time to time.

My stay was decent, with a few ups and downs. The basic amenities were available, and the room was fairly comfortable. However, there were some areas that could use improvement, such as cleanliness and service efficiency. It wasn’t a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for enhancement to make it more enjoyable

Nice hotel service. Locality is far away from mainstream goa tourism spot, but can explore the other side of goa and are close to nature

Room space is good. But in washrooms plumbing accessories not proper. Room service was not upto the mark.

The rooms were good and basic facilities were ensured by the management. No facility for food. The surroundings are less well maintained (gardens, lawn, etc)

The place has no connectivity except by car or taxi. Even tea or coffee is not available in the hotel. No restaurant is there. The management is not courteous. Altogether a sickening experience.

Location accessibility has been comfortable, as property lies in the main roads, but services need to be improved, as this has been isolated and far place from market.

Farmagudi residency is a very comfortable stay. It's an enormous property at a prime location. Restaurant needs to be open. Otherwise everything is good. Staff is very hospitable. Good budget stay.

Location is awesome but there is no restaurant in the premises for a government property i give 4 stars

The cottage rooms were great and well maintained. The gardens were really beautiful. Friendly staff. Only downside was the restaurant was not operating but close by there were other resturants as options.

Rooms are pretty okay. But service is bad, no staff cares to show where is the room, no drinking water supply.

No food or restaurant no ac rooms available staff were good but rooms from outside was like old age rooms

Location is good if you are looking to stay specific to ponda /fermagudi. Naheshi manheshi temples are nearby. Beaches are away from the location. Food not available at property but available within half a kilometre from location.

Excellent service from santosh, manger of farmagudi recidency, phonda, goa. Pols make arrangements of breakfast which is not easily available near by.

Property is not well maintained.

We were unhappy. I stayed with my family with kid. There is no t. V, no proper ventilation, no generator / invertor, no geyser, surrounding is not cleaned, not safe at all. I requested for ac room as it was vacant, but they were not ready for the same. Even area is not easy to access. For food they dont have any facility, even not guiding us where do will we get it. Please dont goooo.

The restaurant at the property is non-functional. With no other restaurant nearby this is a big inconvenience
