I had an amazing experience at this budget hotel. The room was simple but very clean, with all the essential amenities. The staff made sure I was comfortable and even helped me arrange local transport. The location was fantastic, and I couldn't have asked for more given the price. I would definitely stay here again!

I booked a hotel and when I reached there it was locked from outside. When I tried to contact them, nobody picked up the phone To my surprise, they gave me different hotel and told me they own 3 hotels. I agreed as it was 1 am at night and I don't have place to crash. I booked a hotel just to have a quick sleep and in the morning I have to travel my hometown. To my horror, hotel room was not cleaned and people were doing s*x in the hotel and making loud voices. The hotel was a shady one and not for family or a decent guys or girls. Now, coming to the room, bed sheets and pillows were not cleaned and having a bad smell. There were marks as well on the sheets. Don't want to say what those were. Nowhere to go at midnight, I spent 4 hours there and just left the hotel.

The rooms are pathatic. Smell all over , dirty sheets, walls were dirty , hair on the floor. there is no support from staff they don’t even know how to speak , used bottles were given. Above all there was loud music playing in other room.

Room infested with cockroach, washrooms dirty, no toileteries provided. Complimentary breakfast was pathetic with no choice. Wash basin was leaky. Please do check room 104@ the place and my complaint will be authenticated. You are loosing valuable clientele, recommending such estd at such high tariffs. You go to a place, your destination, with a purpose not take pics and start a fight.

terrible experience, beds are so uncomfortable that I got back pain. i stayed 2 nights and whole night some noise keep coming, couldn't sleep. Hotel staff is good but this hotel is like Barat ghar and also not good if you are staying with family specially if have kids or parents with you. Being used for short stay where people are coming for fun.So, you can hear loud music and voice of girls.
