The saty was not clean, bathrooms were not clean, the window for our room was brocken, all other things were good

1) They kept turning off the A/C at night and ahmedabad is HOT. Even after multiple request A/C was turned off 2) They NEVER wash their bedsheets or duvet covers which are very-very dirty, smelly and has food stains 3) The bathrooms stank and was dirty 4) Rooms were not cleaned after repeated requests.

I'm completely disappointed with make my trip. I booked a room for unmarried couple via make my trip and it was mentioned in male my trip that unmarried couples are allowed. But, when we went to the hotel, they denied us a room and told us that they're not giving rooms to unmarried couples. So, I needed to book a room at different hotel and my money got wasted. I want refund of my payment.

Great value for money place with good connectivity. Very warm staff! they're helpful and make every guest's stay better. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Small in size but just perfect for the price range. Slightly old & homely feel compared to the pics. Recommended for using it as a crashpad or just to rest.
