location is good hotel rooms are spacious breakfast not much options for vegetarian guests. wish they could do much more for veg travellers as it's upscale hotel. staff hospitality is average at reception.

Beautiful property, great location with 7/11 right in front. Hotel gave us a free upgrade as well. We stayed here for 1 night and had a great experience .

The hotel was Beautiful, well maintained and clean. The room were spacious, comfortable and spotless.Hotel staff were very nice and service was good. This hotel had clean rooms, rooftop pool, gym & sauna. Very nice hotel for relaxing.We enjoyed our stay here.

Little far from district 1 and shopping market But food is excellent Service is superb They are very good in service

I had a fantastic stay at the windsor plaza hotel at ho chi min h city with my family. The location is perfect it’s in china town and the hotel is beautiful. The staff is nice and courteous and the food is good. The roof top pool is really a good addition. Overall we had a fabulous stay and i will recommend the property to my friends/relatives who visit hcmc.

The place is near around small markets in all directions provided u learn to walk. Better to save money eating outside than the bombshell u have to spend eating their buffet breakfast and dinners. It will clear your 4 days eating bills in small markets. The staff looks ok. The cleaning is immaculate. The room boys and corridor staff are pleasant. You get bored staying for 3 long days. Never eat in deeper markets but outskirts of h cm market where food is a lot cheaper.

Located in district 5, the hotel is in close proximity to Chinatown and other local businesses. However, the major tourist attractions are in district 1. So, it's good or bad depending on what you're travelling for. Nonetheless, all attractions are easily accessible by Road. A 20 minute grab ride can take you to the heart of where all the action is. For it's price, the hotel offers amazing value for money. The interiors are well made and befit a 5 star. The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff were helpful and always smiling. Overall, an excellent stay.

The hotel is situated at very charming place. You can walk to the nearby market to get essential things of one's need. The hotel provides shuttle bus to pick you & drop you at very nominal charges for the convenience of clients. The hotel staff is very humble & polite, hotel service is very smooth & quick moreover staff is soft snookering. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to take you to banthan market free of cost where I can do shopping & after specified time bring you back to hotel. The hotel also provide free shuttle bus service to song market. Post office & church. I like to stay in this hotel. The hotel also arranged tour for sightseeing that is very good. Love staying in this hotel.
