Nice location very near by for all amenities for food and services break fast and hospitality was good

intercontinental new york times square 300 w 44th st hell’s kitchen nyc .. was so good and had such a great experience and service .. the high floors on 36 had fantastic views any time of the day .. the meals were good portions and has 24hrs reception.. overall i enjoyed my stay even in the chilly weather in mid march…. Excellent hotel right next to times square with spacious rooms, great view from top floors and good food

Very well located hotel has a fresh & clean vibe to it rooms are good very close to the metro station walking distance to times square

1) we payed full amount of 2. 1l thru mm t and there was nothing more to be payed as per aggregator. At check out the hotel collected $140 as some kind of tax. 2) we have traveled across the world but the hotel charged us for coffee separately in breakfast (no where again it was mentioned. Poor experience, won't recommend to anyone.

taking higher tarif for corner room but they actually provided lower category room as per their confirmation sent to the property and didn’t bother to resolve despite repeated complaints

The hotel is located just around times square and around hundreds of food joints. We enjoyed the stay and would love to return

Always I feel very glad to stay with intercontinental brand. In terms of room, food, service and other things it always conquers my mind. Happy to stay here.
