It is good to stay in a hotel in which Oscar nominees are used to stay. We are happy with it. Thank you

It’s a good stay, very convenient for local transport. Located near to metro and bus. It’s located in a prime location in Hollywood. Hotel is tidy and clean. But whenever you stay, remember to ask complimentary water bottles . Otherwise you got to pay 11 dollars for each water bottle.

Location is excellent near Hollywood walk of fame. Ovation mall is just next door. Property is close to all major city attractions. Rooms size was good for family of 4 with two queen beds.

The hotel location is very convenient when you want to explore Hollywood vibe along with Universal Studios which is just 10 mins drive.

Good central location, done up and clean rooms. Multiple eating out options nearby. The only glitch was incorrect charges being levied which took time to get reversed.

While the room provided to us had a low roof, the overall stay was quite good. Had a direct access to the mall which was very convenient. The staff were very helpful and kind. We arrived quite late in the night and they were quick to help us with our luggage. Location is perfect for any tourist as it’s at the walk of fame and this is one of the safest areas.

The location is alright, there nothing much to eat, amenities are just average, but the worst part is the staff.

Location near most of the tourist spots. A bit further away if you are looking to go to santa monica pier or malibu. Decent hotel

No need to look beyond this hotel for staying in LA as tourist. It’s part of same complex as the Chinese theatre, Oscars Dolby theatre, walk of fame etc. Hollywood sign clicks also possible from the hotel. Great service and we had an amazing stay.

hotel is good but the transactions are weird for example i was asked 450$ deposit for each room and i had booked two room so total of $ was blocked as deposit on my cc. now after checkout they say it will take 4/5 days to get the deposit back. it happens in same day in all my hotel stay but here in loews it takes 5 days soni have to wait for this credit to appear back in my card. i loose time and my money is blocked restricting me to do any further shopping. also this hotel charged 20$ per days as incidentals which is without using any services- straight 20$ per day. so we have to pay 120$ for nothing. plus there was issues on room service charges. i was charged for room 438 usd 32.88 which i never incurred on 16/9. so over all i didn’t like the stay as it should have been very fair also note after i checked out and after 4 hours of checking out here was 60$ charge each on my 2 credit cards ( one credit and one forex card) how come some one can charge after checking out. if it was supposed to be adjusted in my deposit than i should have got balance money rather than a new transaction having my total usd blocked to 1020$. pathetic thing as when i called just now they say you call on monday and we will connect to accounts to settle etc… is this was hotels operate ???. no

The Hotel is nice but still has amenities that of 90s. Should definitely upgrade the services.

Quite good experience as its near to Hollywood and Highland which is a major attraction of LA

Great location! Good spread for breakfast! Has a nice pub down! Attached to a shopping place which has lot of eateries! Share a wall with TCL Chinese theatre! Just walk down the hotel and you are in heart of Hollywood

Excellent location and very good service. The hotel is newly constructed and hence facilities are modern. Everything about the hotel was great except it is pathetic internet. Slow internet was not something expected in California State.
