Review Of Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

Room service was absolutely zero, no one came for the last 5 days when I stayed , basic amenities are missing tea ,coffe , water bottle nothing ,I won't recommend

Stay , Very good, Staff very cooperative, comfortable to talk with, good housekeeping services, central Location very good, well connected to all major places, inside hotel very peaceful atmosphere, Good Food court, almost everything available, nice pools,

Wifi was not available. Raised the issue with reception but no one cared for 2 days. Looks like they are too busy checking in customers but not taking care of them.

Location was good but room is very small. No kettle available in room. We have to go down to get hot water. No regular water available. Everything is chargeable. We stayed for 2 nights. Cleaning was not done. For breakfast limited options available.

Flamingo is ideally located opposite strip's one of the best hotels Caesar's Palace. Having large, spacious rooms having excellent view of the garden, swimming pool, high roller, sphere and mountain range of Las Vegas. Courteous staff, comfortable restaurants providing delicious different types of food, nice bars and reasonable shops selling all sorts of merchandise. In short, one of the best hotels in Las Vegas. We enjoyed sitting in the garden and watching real flamingos. We have visited Las Vegas several times and have stayed in more than a dozen hotels on the strip and by comparison we find Flamingo one of the best hotels. Everything was good.. rooms was good checkin and checkout facilities was very easy… view for the strip was good

Check in and check out is pain, location is good but they don’t even give a kettle or coffee machine , not even a glass to have anything in room

Location was excellent, lots of varieties about food & was yammy, facilities overall was very nice

Room was good n spacious. Daily cleaning well. Comfortable bed. Showers with bath tub well maintained. Check in bout was available by your phone . Staff was cooperative. My stay was comfortable n enjoyable

The $35 charge for parking per night is reasonable, but the lack of a water dispenser throughout the hotel was inconvenient. Additionally, the absence of room service limited our options for dining. The condition of the room was disappointing—it felt worn down, and we were offered an upgrade for $32 to a room with better walls and rugs, which seemed like something that should already be standard. Improving basic amenities and room conditions would greatly enhance the guest experience.

I stayed in room 8051. For five night, there was no wi-fi in the room at all. Even after numerous complaints, none of the staff did anything to help. They were all trained in passing the buck till i didn’t have anyone else to talk. Furthermore, on the last night of my stay there was no water in my bathroom for the entire night, up until my check out the next morning. No empathy shown by the hotel or its staff - if there’s one word to describe the hotel, it would be pathetic!

There was no service. I had to pay at property extra fees. Basic amenities was missing from room. Housekeeping didn't clean the room for 2 day. After repeated reminder. I want my money back

The checkin process is easy, although they do collect a resort fee of 50$ per night and also a deposit that is refundable. The rooms were decent and the resort was beautiful, lots to explore. It is situated on the leas vegas strip and is close by to everything. The monorail is attached to flamingo which is a great bonus point.

i stayed at flamingo and it was my first visit to vegas. the property is beautiful and the staffs are very friendly. the rooms are very spacious and world class property. it’s a value for money. i would recommend flamingo to all travellers. thanks flamingo team❤️

The hotel was amazing the staff was helpful the food was good and the room was very clean and house keeping service was brilliant

I had a troubling experience at this hotel. I was required to pay a $50 security deposit, which seemed unfairly applied only to me, potentially due to my race. No other guests were asked to pay this fee. Additionally, i was charged an extra $40 for early check-in. The floor manager, ms. Yaneli, and her supervisor were unhelpful in addressing my concerns. In addition to the same ms. Yaneli called the security, threatened to throw out of the hotel and forced to pay the same. Overall, this experience left me feeling undervalued and discriminated against.

It’s a amazing stay. Hotel is too good and have all facilities for joy and fun. Amazing casinos and bars

Extremely pathetic checkin experience. Wasted 90 mins just to reach the check in counter and another 20 mins only waiting for the key. Bad attitude with staff at check. Avoid this hotel at all costs

Bed was bad. Excellent location. Spacious and clean room. Very Good house keeping. Vending machine for drinks and ice on floor. I had view room so very colorful with lights. Casino, Shows, Resturants, Pool, Small convience store in house as usual.
