Excellent hospitality, food facilities , prompt airport pick up service and room environment enjoyed and recommending for further trip.

Pathetic location. Someone said it was the notorious area of boston. Rooms placed a prison cells. No amenities except for basic ones in the rooms. No breakfast. Overall bad experience.

No service available at the hotel. Wifi doesn't work at all in the room.

Good interactions with hotel staff. Location a little away, but reasonably good free shuttle service to JFK/Umass. Good breakfast.

All the time I Am travelling to us, I Am staying here only staff is well trained and always supportive.

My stay was quite a comfortable one. The hotel provides all basic amenities for comfortable stay. Its shuttle service is excellent. All in all, it provides excellent value for money.

Hi I stayed only for one day at Ramada Boston. But felt like a while week. The place is though far away from city like Cambridge but accessibility is great. You have to go to 24th T stop which us 10 min walking to access trolley. From there you can go anywhere to like.

This hotel is at an average location. I visited in summer time. The hotels lift was out of order and it remained so for all 5 days. It was really an issue during check-in and check-out. Breakfast was same all five days, so a bit boring. The complementary shuttle service was good and chauffeur were good. Staff on front desk were helpful.
