I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the elegant ambiance of the lobby. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The soundproofing was excellent—despite being so close to the airport, I enjoyed peaceful nights of sleep. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view of the runway added a unique charm without any noise disturbance. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. I also appreciated the convenient location, just minutes from Heathrow terminals, which made my travel plans stress-free. Overall, the Renaissance Heathrow combines comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay near the airport.

Hotel of this calibur do not provide toiletries was shocking for me. The sink tap seemed to be never cleaned since installation. Asked for a travel plug to charge my phone which also was not available. As not much choice of restaurant around the hotel were available we decided to dine in at the hotel. The food was served after waiting 40 minutes and was cold and the tomato soup served was more sort of vegetables gravy no way would it be called as soup

Hilt-on garden inn is an excellent hotel to stay

Huge property, i personally did not like the hotel, it's just a brand name, no help from the staff, i did not get hot water in my shower, i complained so many times, no proper reply. Finally i checked out without having a bath. Never expected this. Well, we have paid in advance, so can't help.

Great place for staying and foodies.
