Very helpful staff and very good location with two restaurants we got any upgrade also hoping to visit soon.

There was a problem with hot water in shower, they tried to fix it twice but still did not rectify the problem, then when we requested for change of room, they put us in another room.

Nice ambience, co opretve staff but no indian foods in their resturent. Idel location, rooms are nice & spacious.

Best location , food is difficult for vegetarians amenities were good — good staff and service— worth spending three nights here.

Cold shower not working for 3 days out of 4 days. They did not give hilt-on honors reward points also. Very bad

Very bad felt little racist as well as other people got there rooms the way they wanted and we got room late guy called gun was serving us he could not understand english very well that was causing problem also same thing at the time of checkout we requested late checkout but floor manager miss pook or something can’t remember told me they are fully booked so can’t give me little longer where we were back in hotel by 3 and we asked them that we forgot something in room so we need that and went in room it wasn’t even clean it was same as we left than why they can’t give late check in where in manager told me they are busy very disappointing.

We expect great things from a 5 star hotel. Heres what we don't expect- (1)Old non HD tv running HD channels. (2)Inadequate lighting. (3)An old iPhone docking station that doesn't fit the latest iPhones.

Great location to stay on Sukhumvit with access to BTS and the Emporium Mall. One of the best shower systems, I have had in a hotel in a long time.

Had a great stay, conveniently located, ever smiling and helpful staff, awesome breakfast spread, spacious room and bathroom, enough closet space. Overall an awesome experience. Will revisit the one in Bangkok and other places too!
