Loved the stay

We had h great experience staying at villa mandi. Hotel and staff was very good and polite in nature and helped us all the way. They also provide scooter rental and other activities rental so you don't need to go anywhere else to get all that. I will recommend everyone to stay there

Terrible Stay

Very old property there are no amenities provided. And also it's outside of ubud centre so you will not find a restaurant nearby. This hotel has no restaurant also they will provide only one item in breakfast from any other place. So over all its a waste of money.

The staff were very polite, but the room wasn’t clean when we reached there. Great atmosphere for the price, calm and peaceful. Got scooty for a cheaper price as a plus!

Pathetic experience at villa mandi, we checked in after 4 hours of checkin time and the ac is not working till our last day, there is no intercom or call service in room to order and for any request you need to go to reception, unprofessionalism is what they have, in breakfast they give 2 boil egg and 1 piece of bread and that’s it, and when i request for butter or jam to eat with bread, they said this will be chargeable. Don’t go by high rating for booking,

Terrible Stay

Hotel was not well maintained. Rooms were not clean and sockets were coming out of the wall. Washrooms were also not clean. Service was very slow. They were not even providing basic amenities. We faced a lot of problems. Also fresh towels were not provided even when we asked for the same and also rooms were not cleaned.

I had booked villa with private pool they given me standard room and they sold that property and next day they given the vip room with no wifi no water bath tub taps are not working. Reception and staff people are very lazy to do work. We have to ask repeatedly for what we need

Pretty property but highly mismanaged

The air conditioning was not working. My clothes were drenched in water after I returned to my room when they keys were at the reception for room service. The lady at the reception is mannerless.
