Review Of Four Points by Sheraton Bali Seminyak

Amazing room as we stayed in the Vasanti suite, and really friendly & courteous staff. The breakfast spread just took the cake

Service was pretty bad. Room was quiet average. No one was there to pick the heavy bags. For any extra service they started asking first money. It was shocking to see such behaviors from this hotel.

My Stay was excellent as they have taken care of all our needs and kids .food and amenities are excellent

The place is beautiful it has a nice pool vibe not far from the main market at all rather 200-300 metres away so a little peaceful. The best part is the service is really fast and upto mark . They could increase their ala carte menu and breakfast menu . Otherwise whole sole the stay was very comfortable and pleasing .

Great comfortable stay. Amazing staff and service but lil delayed sometimes. We did had some pest issues in our rooms (since we changed one for the same reason). But apart from this, the breakfast has excellent options and taste.

The room was nice and well furnished but the breakfast did not taste good. The staff is very polite and the property is very well located. Its close to all the major party places like finns, potato head, mexicola etc

We stayed at four points for 3 days. It's an awesome hotel, our room was good size, spacious with huge balcony. Lovely pool view. The staff was very polite, courteous and helpful. Food was amazing too. The property is very well located in the city, but close to seminyak beach. We e joyed their free shuttle service to the seminyak square both the days. It's very convenient. All in all we loved staying at four points.

Rooms were spacious but the all the linen was soiled and pillows were really uncomfortable. The bathroom was also very dirty.

Great place to stay. Close to the seminyak central and still quiet. Nice breakfast which includes indian food also.

Since we were 3 adults, and there was only 1 bed in the normal room, dhika the manager upgraded us to a suite and made our stay very comfortable. The suite was large and pretty. The staff was very cooperative and always smiling. Will be back soon!

Very basic hotel, dilapidated conditions and not at all of a standard one is expecting out of a four points sheraton. Lifts were dirty. Breakfast was tasteless. Coffee machine out of order. Flies/insects on open breads. Not at all a hotel of this standard that it charges for.

It was too hot and surprisingly ac doesn’t work despite asking so many times hotel staff for fixing it.

Good hotel, clean and tidy. Pool is good, little inside on seminyak but walking distance to main area. Bike rentals, money changers & supermarket are very close. Breakfast is average but over all good.
