Excellent location, very peaceful location, 45 min drive from airport, staff was very nice and coordial.

Great rooms, even the starting category is awesome and very comfortable. However, it’s good if you want to stay out and come back for a comfortable sleep. I found the housekeeping staff and the service to be a bit frustrating - had to give multiple reminders for room cleaning or other stuff. Versus a great 5 star property, let’s say four seasons the staff may even be considered casually dismissive

Amazing location right in the heart of Southbank. Next to DFO mall. Amazing rooms. Only problem was paid parking.

Really good hotel at good location

I stayed here with my partner in the Yarra suite, was really good I must say as the view was splendid. We enjoyed the refreshments at the lounge with a really good variety of drinks too. I felt they could have had more options for refreshments though. The breakfast was too good as they had many options for vegetarians which is good.

Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Comfortable stay with a beautiful view outside room.
