Horrible stay and hospitality experience

Pathetic hotel with no service at all. You can keep on calling you will not even get cutlery on time. On top of that their staff is so very rude. They don’t understand the meaning of hospitality. They will always have silly excuse or have rude answers for your questions. Most worst person at their place is their receptionist. He thinks like he is owning a 5 star hotel and others are seeing such a place for 1st time. He doesn’t know how to deal and talk with guest. Will never recommend this place if you need a peaceful stay.

Property is situated very near to millennium metro station and is easily reachable with full access to public transportation. The staff is super friendly and everything is quite flexible. Hygiene is top notch. Parking facility and other amenities are a plus.
