familyI was late to check in to the hotel. The place it was showing in the map. There was completely a different hotel with different name. I called the call number for hotel team, they kept my call on hold for around 15 to 16 min then disconnected the call. First time poor service from mmt. I had to book another hotel immediately and check in.
