Stayvista's nilgiri allure is very nice. Specially the view from the top and garden view is amazing. Only thing is there are no room heaters working and we could not bear the coldness sometimes. Service and food is also very good. Till when this discount is valid

we were actually looking for a relaxing vacation in and around nature and the villa just the way we wanted 😍. the location was completely crowded with greenary . we enjoyed each and every moment we spent there. i would recommend this place for someone who want some privacy and to be with nature to feel the relaxation.

No privacy

Really need to improve lot on interior. All windows where to open screen was too transparent no privacy even for changing clothes it's difficult for us. All window blind in bathroom wer also opened

Perfect stay at ooty

Perfect stay with peace, stay from usual city crowd, surrounded by tea garden. A perfect view of natural beauty with amazing sunrise/sunset little bit far away from town, but there is no problem if it is properly coordinated with care taker for meals & other requirements. Food made by care take(dinesh) is good - north indian taste. Few things required repair in washroom at 1st floor, w. R. T door latch and water leakage. Rest everything is fine. Worth it. )

Disgusting property for stay in ooty

Anyone who is looking to book this property, do not book this villa ut is just waste of time, they do not provide you with water in washroom. That means u cannot use the washroom to take a bath, because the water coming in those taps are muddy water and the host do not care about it. Even after complaining about the problem to the host he was like please adjust for today. It is just waste of money wasted for this pathetic property not gonna book thier other properties. Disgusting service provided by stay vista. Just waste of money. Guys i suggest read this review and make sure you dont book this place. Thankyou

Horrible experience

We met the caretaker of the resort at the ooty town before we reached the location. From the time we met him, i tell you this guy was not making sense of what he was communicating. The travel-ling group felt that he was not in his normal condition maybe intoxicated (though we were not sure) and top of that he wanted us to pick-up another guy in our private vehicle when we were about to reach ooty and to our surprise he had a two wheeler with him. For our own safety purpose and the unpleasant experience we had with him in ooty, we decided not to go to the resort. I had to book another hotel during new year eve and fortunately i manage to get one and requested vista rooms for refund / voucher so that i can be compensated. They denied stating that everything was okay at the resort. Please explain me, if everything was okay then why i had to book rooms again on the same checkin date with another hotel? spending good amount due last moment booking at new year eve. My honest suggestion to my fellow mm t users, please please check the reviews and get a decent hotel at the ooty main town instead of the fancy advertisement. Btw, get your own food from 10kms if you want to stay there. I have told the vista guys, that i’m putting this review as i went through the unnecessary unpleasant experience during my vacation.
