Good and nice service. Staff are friendly. Nice rooms and services. Nice location and all facilities around the hotel, even bar, restaurant, street foods, temples, city view also car parking also, hotel is located center of ooty city, totally good and nice property. Next time we will stay same hotel if available. Thanks for the nice services make my trip team. Future deals we will definitely choose. I will suggest to my friends also. I have not stayed there due to poor amenities, parking facilities are not provided and road towards the place is not that much good. They have arranged a house but some one living in another room. I believe that is not a good place stay there. So i have not stayed and stayed in another hotel. This is my very bad experience with make my trip.

The room stinks. There was dust everywhere, the blankets have never been dusted. The walls are peeling off. Not worth the money at all. It looks like a 500rs room, but because it's ooty, they have ballooned the price

I found this property on mm t and i thought its good, but it was shocking there were no basic amenities for the guests. Even the water was kept in a some old plastic container. Really horrible experience.

Zero service, zero support, no fan, no ac, no wifi, lots of mosquitoes, once you ask for wifi they were saying in service but no router no cable, asking for good night they were saying go and purchase, neither hand wash is available if you ask they were saying go and buy, washroom is not clean.

The photos and name is different. But they send new location. After that they again send some other locations. Not worth for money. Worst restroom and bed. Stinking. Overall very very worst

Only problem is food. No nearby hotel. Rooms are good & clean. For my suggestion pols provide hot water for 24hrs & provide water heater or kettle for drinking

Very pleasant stay as a family

The stay is little outer to the ooty bus stand. But the location was very peaceful. Deepak supported with all our request without hesitation. Also provided a cab for our sight seeing. The driver sunil was also very helpful in taking us to the tourist places at the right time. Also he took us to best restaurants in town. Overall very good experience.

familyI was with my family in this Homestay, the room is not comfortable for 4 members and it is not worth for per day, they just made some decorative paintings on wall to just show off, when ever we need Hot water, we have to inform caretaker to switch on the water heater, No facilities been provided to us.

Firstly, the location provided was incorrect. You cannot find this by searching hill bird homestay as it's not. The cottage name is saaed al amen cottage. Secondly, the rooms were so small. Thirdly, it was unhygienic too. The blankets were torn and stinking. It was so cold that we had to use it. But really a bad experience to end up with when you are on a family trip to ooty. No room or help service as well.

There was no hot water provided until morning 6am that too hot water was not hot at all. Very disappointed, how do you expect to use just cold water in that freezing place
