This stay is feel like not too good and not too bad i'm only give average stay because of i'm calling resuption mulple times for drinking water but they never attend and there is no one in resuption it's always empty for check in and check out room wise it's very clean and nice but not any basic service in there

Our non ac rooms are small its clearly mentioned in the description. bathroom fittings what you mean by old .always expect room for what you are paying. Thank you for your valuable feedback

great home base to explore Fort Kochi

Seaway Inn is very well located and slightly removed from busy tourist zones, but still walkable to both sides of the north end. The room was very clean, WiFi was excellent, and in hindsight I would have spent more time in the rooftop common area if time allowed. Firoz was a gracious host, and he went out of his way to ensure a pleasant stay. For me, this meant allowing an early check-in with short notice, providing unprompted details on things to do, and being available (within seconds via text!) when I had a question about the AC. It felt welcoming, clean, and safe as a solo female traveller. Visitors would be wise to manage their expectations about the rooms- mine was modestly sized. The bathroom is quite small and ´Indian style’, meaning the whole bathroom will be wet after shower.

My stay was very good. The caretaker was very accommodating and helpful. The place was quiet and clean and all the basic necessities were taken care of.

Stay was good. There were lot of mosquitoes in room. There are nets for all windows but still there are mosquitoes which is disturbing for a peaceful sleep. Except that everything is fine. Fir-oz is friendly.

Drinking alcohol in common area is not allowed according to government rule. Always try to respect other guests specially when their is very small kids. Other states and other country guests are very found of kerala culture so i try my maximum to maintain that. Next time when book room for this kind of activities please go for that kind of one. Not a homestay. Hope you understand.

Best experience ever

The location was ideal as all the tourist attractions are in walkable distance. The facilities were also worth the cost we paid. The caretaker was very friendly and really made us feel like home. The kitchen had all the facilities required to cook a meal. The chat room was a great addition to the place and we loved spending our time there
