property location good but maintenance of room is very low standard. Zero hospitality services. NO water provides, NO Bathroom Towel Provides, Floor was not cleaned, Air Condition not working, overall very bad experience with this hotel. my concern if I paid for the air conditioning room rent charges for one night stay but service not given. very disappointment

Location is prime and the room was good. The hosts and nice and the staff of the property is well behaved.

Overall experience was good. Location is prime. Staff was helping. Little issue with water and tv but was resolved by staff. Food services were average only. Though pricing was on premium side. Had good experience. Recommended to people who have average expectations in this price range.

Very bad experience. They don’t care about the issues. We booked the hotel, seeing its photographs, but they had given us a completely different room. From check-in the exhaust fan of toilet was not working, no other ventilation option there. The room and cupboard were not cleaned. Among the 5 guests they have given 2 towels. Issue of hot water and wi-fi. We have asked for cold drinking water and extra bedsheet which they could not provide. No responsible person to hear our issues, young boys were there at the reception who acts very slowly. We went there to explore rishikesh and not to spend time at the hotel, but basic facilities should not be compromised.

Comfortable rooms, adventure around the area and reasonable prices are best at this hotel.

Hotel saiganga is like hostel meant for bachelor accommodations and not for family although we had double room, rooms were not properly cleaned not hot water facilities, staff were cooperative and helpful i was unsatisfied with the stay at hotel sai ganga

My friend and i had a great time staying in sai ganga cottage. We booked delux room which had attached washroom and private balcony with amazing view. The room services was very quick, good clean room, the host of the hotel was very polite and helpful. We booked for rafting and scooty for travel-ling around there itself.

The room and the service everything was terrible

Had to ask for water bottles n no parking facilities. No lifts n small washroom. Felt like it’s home not like hotel.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in rishikesh. The downtown area on main street is a best kept secret and the sai ganga cottage offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.

At the given low price i was offered, i think it was the wonderful deal. The owner was quite supportive and well behaved.
