Room was smelling too bad. Breakfast was pathetic not many options limited options and that too worst in taste.Overall experience was not good.

One of the best staycation place in delhi NCR. Its a full package of luxury and comfort with amazing hospitality. There restaurants are amazing and spa is stunning.

Property is top notch, service is exemplary and the food is amazing. Our experience was way above expectations, staff has been immensely courteous and helpful and at times exceptionally sweet. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful hotel with bad service. The staff (except a few who work ) is rude, snooty (for lack of a better word), and painfully slow and unbothered. Do not book a stay here

We stayed in room 208 which was a lake view room. Our stay experience was very bad compared to the price we payed 1. The phone in our room was not working. The staff did not bothered to switch on the phone. We had to find the issue and get it working to call the reception. 2- the internet on the TV was not working, we called the staff as well but after that also we were facing the issue. At the end we had to connect with our phone wifi. 3- the kettle was not working, i tried by plugging in 2-3 different socket but still no luck. 4- we booked the lake view room and the lake we could we see from out room was a small section which was looking a small part of their swimming pool

Staff was really good so kind and supportive...amazing hospitality...a warm welcoming and generous experience to us, characterized by attentiveness, kindness, and a commitment to make us feel valued and comfortable

It was truly an experience entering this property. It is built in alignment with nature, especially highlighting the water element. It is a great getaway from the city without really travelling too far. The staff makes the stay ever so pleasant with smiles all around. I would definitely return here sometime.

Property is good. Gives you a resort kind of feel. The rooms specifically are amazing. Huge is size. The services are good- in room, house keeping,etc. Check-in and check l-out were smooth. The only thing which was not upto the mark is the food.. The breakfast really disappointed us both in term of the spread and the taste.. The staff at the breakfast is also not sufficient and equipped to handle the crowd if the section is full. Not what you expect from hotel of such standards and charging 22k for a night... Overall a decent stay!

Rooms are pretty old now. Breakfast was not great. They arranged a good welcome on request for a celebration. Staff is lovely. But it was an average experience. Pool wasnt clean.

It was a very peaceful experience, with utmost amazing hospitality, we enjoyed the bath tub prepared by the hotel,and the food was top notch.

the hotel stay was excellent. housekeeping and reception were excellent polite and helpful at anytime. Food was very good. breakfast had various variety including for diabetic friendly option. Mind your steps was very thoughtful when you first enter towards Reception but eyes take time to adjust. yellow highlight is put but still would suggest to put additional highlighter tape and any light strips on the steps as we saw a lady falling down and we were very careful being senior citizen but it's still confusing to eye. Have given feedback
