The room was nice clean and hygienic. The only issue that I faced was that the check in time on the website is 7:00 am but when we arrived there they informed us that The check-in time is 11 and i had to pay 600 extra for 4 hours at the hotel for early check in

Location is good, food: don't have dedicated cateen, even for breakfast, copen is issued to get it is another hotel. Amenities and services are limited.

Despite booking them on MMT, property repeatedly told they don't accept reservations made on MMT. Before leaving for Pune, MMT asked the no. I had used to contact the property. They spoke to OYO team and confirmed the issue had been resolved. Fast forward ~6 hours, I am in Pune, it's 4:00 in the morning, I am at location and can't find the property. There are no boards or identifications of any kind, all gates are closed. Call the OYO no., they connect me to the property then go thorough 4 separate connect calls, all telling me no reservations through MMT are accepted. I give up find different accommodations. Call MMT next morning, afternoon, night; lengthy con. calls along with OYO team; lots of back and forth; finally they tell me refund not possible cause I didn't visit the property, else they would have given me the room. Didn't even refund me for one day; I had had to pay for a different room. MMT told me had I called them after the 15 minute con. call with OYO at 4:00 in the morning they would sorted it out, AT 4:00 IN THE MORNING. HOW MANY CONNECT CALLS DOES A PERSON HAVE TO GO THROUGH TO GET A ROOM THEY ALREADY PAID FOR. Could've at least refunded me for one day (50%)

It is a very bad stay at that hotel, there some mouse 🐀 running inside POP making lots of noise.. Totally bad experience

we arrived at 8.35 am to hotel & requested an early check in as u have given up complimentary. The manager refused that no room is vacant at the same time 1 room was check out I told him to get it cleaned & allot to us he told that 30% of the booking amt u have to pay in cash then room can be cleaned & alloted to u otherwise u have to wait till 12.00 noon. mean while 1 more room was check out then his senior told to allot the room & room was allotted to me at 10.15am. there were no telephone in the room to contact the reception. no toiletries like shampoo soap towels etc. there was no supply of tea in the room nor the electric cattle was provided for preperation of tea. only 2 x 500 ml water bottles were provided in the room while the person staying in the room were 3. after many times told to manager by going to his counter personally for bad odour in the room & bathroom but till last nobody came for spray. Overall the experience was not good for the hotel after booking

I visited the property before so this time I did not get the problem to search the property. Not ordered any food as they don't have their own restaurant as per my previous experience. Amenities and Service was satisfactory

No functioning TV Broken things For bath, hair & handwash only one liquid soap. I remember Lifebuoy days. This property is appreciated. Business client should not stay here. Breakfast is as per their willingness. There is no difference between Mysore Masala Dosa & normal Masala Dosa

Water service was lost upto 15 hrs and no complimentary check in available and it's full of harrassment to the people

I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay

the hotel management is terrible and they completely denied to provide room. they tried to shunt us in some bad accommodation against money, and said entire hotel is booked by someone and they had no communication about this booking. we waited . none could help. after more than two hrs, one room booking was cancelled and it was given. but it lacks providing basic amenities like soap, shampoo, daily water bottle etc. all staffs are extremely rude

Our son visited us in the hotel. He was not allowed in the room. The hotel policy of guests ot being allowed in the room was not written when we made our booking. This led to confusion and unpleasant behavior by thr poorly trained reception staff of the hotel.

Very bad stay experience. Room was very unhygienic with leakage and fungus on walls. There were mushrooms growing on corner of the walls
