Property is good. Neat and clean. Sea facing. It has a swimming pool. It is a homestay and there is no restaurant. The location is very nice and peaceful. Nearby there is a serene beach with water sports. Watersports are there in that beach. 10% discount coupon was provided for watersports by the resort owner. Overall it is a comfortable accomodation. It is not a resort as there is no restaurant.

Compact Break Water Palace Resort, facing beach, but have to walk 500m to get into beach. Neatly maintained property, with only swimming pool and not much space for other activity. Breakfast is good n members all are friendly. Will highly recommend for family stay.
