Review Of Zostel Jaisalmer

The caretaker was trying to every step. Asking extra for food. Asking extra for taxi to Sam sand dunes which was his own but told us it was somebody else’s. Also took extra for just 5 hours of extension to check out.

The location is perfect. View from top is good. Stay was good...room was good..staff is helpful...food was good.

Had booked a luxury room but there was no luxury at all. Rooms are old and were not clean too. Bathroom needs big time renovation. Restaurant had no AC installed.

It was very bad. First of all it is located in the jaisalmer fort and I have to walk 1.5km to get there as there was some VIP that came on that day and so the auto services were closed in that area. Room condition is very and specially the washroom and windows. Windows and doors have cracks on them and in the washroom water pressure is not good for water jet. They don't have any exhaust in the washroom. Washroom doesn't have any locks. If u will call reception desk person he won't receive call and will call back you sometime after 15-20 mins. AC remote was not working. Overall maintainance of the property is not good. I checked in at Zostel Aurangabad and that experience was really good. But Zostel Jaisalmer experience is worst. Avoid this place for staying. There are a lot of options at similar prices for stay at Jaisalmer fort.

the room was at the roof top, hence was very hot.. fan was not working and it was not at all luxury.. very small room and it felt suffocating.. to add was the heat coming from windows.. with no fan only option was AC.. that too set only at 24.. making us switch it on and off.. not good

It was a great stay. We enjoyed it a lot. The view was amazing, particularly from the common area. The staff was really amazing and cooperative.

The stay was not pleasant the bed was not good it was too hard to sleep on.

The place is located within the fort, and the residents living inside the fort premises create a unique and lively atmosphere. The kids here are absolutely wonderful! i arrived solo, but in no time, i joined a group of like-minded travelers, and together we explored many amazing places. A big thanks to the zostel team, especially gopal and narendra bhai!

The staff is helpful but the room quality is very poor. The plaster of the ceiling is horrible. It's falling on the bed, we are compelled to stay away from the upper beds. In one word we are not satisfied.

One of the best stays in jaisalmer. It's located at the top of the fort and best place for sun set. Rooms are better than other stays/hotels. Staff is also very supporting and welcoming specially mr. Gautam. Worth for money.

One of my friends suggested the zostel for the best stay in jaisalmer. I searched in internet inake my trip app for booking. it was a very budget friendly and nice stay. the location and services are very good although the room does not have good space but overall its a best location to stay within fort of jaisalmer

It was great. Prime location by fort, near a tea stall, great staff, clean rooms and recommend for solo travellers. Would recommend anyone travel-ling in group for sure
