Decent property, good hospitality, good services, good food, but only negative is foul smell from bathroom

A comfortable stay
The property is good. Since it is almost in the heart of city so surrounded area is very crowdy. Parking plot is too small. The rooms are very good and clean. Just do not accept rooms on the 2nd floor as at the reception, there is too much noise. We had diner twice, and the roof top restaurant is damn good. Food quality is very authentic. Room service needs to be improved in service-time wise. As an Indian, we need HOT and quick Chai where they were lacking. Rest I would recommend for single person and the family this property 100%

Overall in house dining feedback was poor , good ordered was not in a hot condition was asked to replace and similarly the food ordered on last day for travelling was so poor and even was different what we ordered as finally we have to throw in dustbin

Location is not so well. But easily accessible. Issue with the parking space as it is on main road. Good things are, comfortable beds, spacious and clean rooms, really nice and helping staff..

Keep up the good work.
It was a wonderful experience and a very pleasant stay. It’s a new hotel ( one year old ) and all amenities were available almost similar to a five star. Best part was the staff was extremely courteous and humble and service and response was quick. The food was ok as per standard of Nanded City and it was fresh - which was the best part though a bit spicy.

Poor Stay
There was no Wi-Fi connection in the room, mobile internet was also not working, DTH had issues, Welcome drink which was mentioned that it will be served, but unfortunately that also not served

Poor power back as there frequently power outages reported in the night which is leading to interruption in the sleep.

Good stay.
Stay is good. Staff also helpful. Restaurant is good and reasonable. Location is near City centre parking is available but very congested. Room size is small.
