Hi Hotel Management & MakeMyTrip I'm extremely disappointed with the service and accommodations. The staff was very unprofessional, and the room was unhygienic. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay even for an hour. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a full refund. I hope you will take necessary actions to improve the service and cleanliness to prevent such issues in the future.

room charges very High 3300+500 =3800 . room service fabulous and staff professional and tasty food.

Unclean room, bed sheet not cleaned and with holes of cigarette burns. Staff is not polite. Food service is limited and very slow.

Room is very small and dinner is not good please i am check out early so breakfast is not provided me furniture is not there in room thank you

I stayed at this property last night, and while the overall experience was fine, i did encounter a couple of issues that i think need attention. The shower didn’t work properly, and it was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the shower handle was damaged, which made it difficult to adjust the water temperature. I hope these issues can be resolved for future guests, as they affected my stay.

Good but not better Room is not clean ,Toilet is worst and also they didn’t provide Complimentary Breakfast at the time of checkout they told me that we are providing in rooms.

Wort condition of the hotel no cleanliness nothing

Hotel management is not professional and don't take care of property properly. Allotted room was not clean, the bed sheets was dirty. On request, another room was allocated and that was also not clean. We have asked to clean in front of us. All other things are understood and no complaints about that. But at minimum the hygiene should be maintained.

No parking space. has no parking space and has no proper road to reach the accommodation. Moreover the food was not good and the tv was not working. It was a sheer waste of my money and time. Terrible. please enquirer about the hotel and it's surroundings.

There was no space for parking or even proper approach road. Provided mobile numbers were not picked up. Ac didn't work. No ventilation at all. Kettle was not provided in the room. Overall horrible experience.

AC was not working properly, TV connect with wifi only but wifi also not available, Food was also poor quality, todays morning Breakfast not available they said kitchen is closed, very bad experience with this Hotel

The property location is nice near the railway station and bus stand as well. I would suggest that if they can keep their washroom more clean it would be great

The room shown during booking was not one provided, amenities mentioned are not there. The size of the room was not as mentioned. The guy available at reception, denied giving the room as per booking details. And asked me to cancel the booking, as he said the room booked is not available.

Near to railway station and bus stand, easy to travel connectivity in nanded. Good room with kitchen attached in hotel
