I am very disappointed bg seeing the hotel. Rooms full of bad odours. They have not cleaned the room, Not cleaned bed spreads. Full of tobacco strains and wall full of fungus. There is a bar downsides of the hotel. Full of crowd environment. Very very noise. No service boys. Restroom not at all cleaned. I have checked out within half an hour being I know the refund is not eligible. If u want to stay for relax or business trip or family trip, this hotel is not suitable for you.

Unhygienic room , dirty bedsheet and quilt, ac not working , no water in room.. worst experience. Wont recommend to anyone.

I changed room thrice and ax was not Working properly need updates in room and hygiene was also average

Room not maintained and cleaned. Bed sheet was bad, pillows were dirty and the staff did not cooperate. Towel was not given even after calling twice. Bathroom was not good. Fan not working. A/c remote absent. Overall bad experience.

Location is ok. Not right in the centre but also not to far away from city. Roughly 4 kms away from railway station. I had booked a deluxe room and encountered below problems. 1. Rooms not clean. Basic cleanliness and hygiene standards missing. 2. Big mosquitoes in room. 3. Bedding not clean. Also not comfortable. 4. They have solar heater which only starts working after 8. 30 am and u will only get lukewarm water. No electric geyser for hot water. 5. Food not great. They have a bar on ground floor which serves both veg and non veg food. You will get food from there only. 6. Had to make multiple reminders to house keeping for basic items like good night, towel, soap, water, food.

Good rooms, ac working good, cleanliness best, easy to locate, staff is helping and polite, hot water available for bath, car parking, all things goods. Room service is also good. 100 marks.

The Hotel Staff is rude and arrogant. 2. Bathrooms not clean, taps are broken, not hot water in bathroom, hotel staff just keep on lying that it is available whole day. 3. Breakfast/snacks options are very limited, tea and coffee is only available in the morning. 4. All the hotel staff is clueless on how to deal with guests they are just a group of boys brought together to run the daily activities with lots of chaos. 5. I regret so much that I booked this lodge under the name of hotel because I was with my family, and looking at good presentable photos and also the belief due to good reputation, I had booked it and got fooled when we actually experienced the reality. 6. should take it very seriously and should revoke their ties with Hotel Sourabh Nanded, which will badly hamper reputation. Overall a Worst experience at Hotel Sourabh a.k.a Sourabh Lodge!!”

Not suitable for family stay, ambiance is not good , not even window available for the room, after checkout i am getting calls from unknown peoples, staff is not resposible, bar entry and lodge entry are same it dosent feel safe for the family, i m newly married so i dont have marriage certificate then they asked me extra thousand rupees for check in , after talking to owner i checked in ,but staff behavior is extremely odd, at night most of them are drunk, AC remote not working , set-top box remote not provided ,not even drinking water

The room was good but the service was really bad they doesn't care about what we tell. They won't even respond properly

Bathroom was not at all clean. No room service fan regulator was not working airconditioner is not working very poor service staff behaviour was soo rude lift is not working and staff denied to carry out luggage at the time of checkout. Totally disappointed. I couldn't suggest any body to go with this hotel.

Extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The basics like shaving kit, dental kit, and tea kit were missing. The ambiance was far from welcoming, and the service was terrible. The wifi didn’t work properly, and despite booking for breakfast, it wasn’t provided. To make matters worse, some staff members appeared to be drunk and disturbed us late into the night. For the rate they charge, this experience was absolutely not worth it. Worst hotel stay i've ever had. Definitely not recommended.

the hotel person did not see the correct booking and the room which was shown to us was very small and when I queried he said nothing is available after some time they offered us a different room and said pls stay here and tomorrow we will change it when we went to the room it seemed to be locked for quite a long time and even the washroom was open from behind only grills we asked for the other room and they went and slept I had to change the hotel at 1 am midnight

I have a terrible stay at this hotel when we check in only that time he guy gives some service to bring the luggage upstair after that all the people disappear somewhere and we was in a room like a prisoner rece reception number was not working we don't have any other way to contact them in the room was so dirty bathroom is so dirty and services very terrible whenever we ask for something this is they don't have

The room was very unhygienic, the tv was not working in the room, food was also not good, ac was not working properly, the reception boy was very lazy he couldn't pick the calls & there was no landline in the room, very bad experience i can't refer to this hotel to anyone please do not book this hotel

The property is terribly mismanaged. Parking is difficult to get because of the bar downstairs and they keep you hanging till 1 pm for getting parking. The acs don’t work. The sheets are stained. The property itself is a maze. The front office staffs are just low level goons. They don’t give towel or water even after being asked a thousand times.

Very good clean room must visit hotel in nanded bit far from railway station but you didn't regret when you choose
