I booked a room in this worst service thay don't have even lunch in this resort and etc..

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The room condition was extremely poor – it had a strong unpleasant odor, felt very old, and looked unattractive. The basic facility of having a telephone to connect with the hotel reception was missing, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The overall maintenance of the room was far below expectations, with outdated furniture and an unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the food served at the restaurant was not up to standard. Despite the poor quality, the prices were charged as if it were a 5-star hotel, which felt completely unreasonable.

It looks all the way premium but rooms were getting smell like old . Food was very tasty and restaurant also nice ambiance.

The staff is not cooperative and bad. The location is fine. However the property is not actively used!

we found the rooms infested with spiders and insects, termite damage on walls and woodwork, and a non-functional bathroom with a filthy commode. Despite our request, no cleaning was done, and we were told the maid was unavailable. Things turned more alarming when we heard a woman scream from the neighboring room, and we realized we were the only customers in the entire property. The atmosphere became extremely unsettling. As we decided to vacate, the entire resort power went out suddenly, adding to the fear. This is a serious safety and hygiene issue.

We stayed at this property for two days and experience was very good. Our stay was comfortable, food was very good and staff was very supportive.

Property is huge, it has a lot of open space with various plants and trees. The staff was cooperative and provided the services immediately upon the request. The food options were limited, but the taste and the quality were up to the mark. Because of the flora and fauna, the insects were flying after the evening, almost all the places, including the rooms. It could have been controlled with effective pest control. The major negative point was the swimming pool; it was not cleaned. So basically, it needs better management for the hygiene and maintenance point of view.
