Good hotel location isn't very favorable if you are visiting Nanded for Gurudwara saheb its almost half an hour away. Room was as shown in pic linen was too old Flush system needs to be changed washroom needs a deep cleaning on Next level food was good at restaurant in first floor staff it very humble

AC not cooling and no hot water in bathroom and no one bothered to rectify the complaint during a 3 day stay.

Smelly rooms. Very poor condition of towels. Breakfast was with limited spread. Breakfast did not have the regular buffet limited menu and very slow service

Even though I have booked top category room but given room missing basic room amenities and supplies.

It was ok . Not that great. They were not accommodative with the request of 1hr extension and charged me half day cost for a room.

Excellent rooms and good service. Space available in the premises also good. Good vehicle parking space was provided.

Person in front desk was not experienced. Room phone was not working after 2 hours they send the person for repair work but he also unable to solve the problem. Finally at 8.30 PM I was given one mobile number for placing my order but no body was ready to pick it up. Finally I request one staff from the hotel to take order. Morning before 8 o clock you can't order because there is no kitchen staff in the hotel , so can only order after 8 o clock in the morning. I will not suggest anyone else to throw there precious money for this *BAKWAS* Hotel there are better hotels then VITS.

only one plus point Room was spacious. cons- few amenities missing like napkins, sleepers etc. bedsheet were torn Food is pathetic

Only good thing about hotel is room. Overall ambience is poor. Restaurant is pathetic morning breakfast is pathetic staff is courteous. In room dining is tasteless although rates are very competitive as compared to other 3 star hotels

The staff right from reception to everyone, lacking empathy and sensitivity towards customer experience. Had very bad experience with respect to basic hygiene, readiness, housekeeping, safety, food etc.

Nice stay nanded even though location is little for my work place and it was huge parking and with all facilities

Room service very slow, parking is away from hotel, no one hotel guy's collect or pickup luggage from car to hotel door.

Didn't check in in vits n not any refunds

Food wad good, bathroom utilities was not poor. Struggle to get hot water, towels quality was not good

Surprisingly there was no hot water and it was terrible experience as vets could not provide hot water

Geyser was not working, in this winter season there was no hot water, cockroaches in bathroom, rooms are not sound proof.

The room was very comfortable and clean. So was the food very nice. However, the shower area had water clogging and issues with hot water. Rest assured a whole amazing property. A must visit
