It was a family trip to attend marriage ceremony. Hotel is in MIDC area, easy to find. The hotel was not having Bar, but they helped . The starters, Main course Food was tasty , and it was surprisingly cheap. Really value for money. Service was with a smile. We were short of time, so unable to use amenities, but they must be good enough like the Bedrooms.

We will ensure our housekeeping team checks each bed to guarantee comfort for our guests. Second, your mention of unavailability of hot water and a leaking basin is absolutely unacceptable. Our maintenance staff has been notified and we're working hard to ensure that our plumbing system is thoroughly inspected to avoid such inconveniences in the future. The lack of adequate toiletries and issues with the extra bed are concerning as it's not the level of service we strive to provide.
