Average Stay
Service and food is good. Staff is friendly. But rooms dont have windows/ventillation. Inspite of being MMT Black Platinum member, I was charged for early checkin. Room upkeep needs to be better.. Worst experience. Waste of money.
Worst Experience Ever. This hotel is absolutely not worth the money. The cleanliness was terrible, rooms were not properly cleaned, and overall hygiene was poor. On top of that, the plumbing didn’t work properly, making the stay even more uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent stay.

Poor Stay
poor service. staff needs training. Both the lift breakdown. Old age with heart problem had to climb steps to 2 and 3rd floor.

Average Stay
Entry in the hotel goes through their restaurant. No private parking and is limited and adjacent to the road. Add on breakfast booking serves with limited options. Lots of mosquitoe. Tv was not working. Lift is of mini size. Two people without baggage can be adjust. Cleanliness was ok. But need more improvement. Location was convenient.

Terrible Stay
The food quality was completely worst. I ordered masala rice, its too much spicy, oily & testless, rice quality is also bad. I had dinner outside hotel at other bhojanalay where i get simple & testy food like home.

Terrible Stay
I recently stayed at hotel mint, nanded, and had a very unpleasant experience. First, the ac was not working, making the room unbearably hot, especially during the day. The lighting in the room was very poor, which added to the discomfort. There were visible stains in the washroom, and the exhaust fan wasn’t functioning, leading to a bad odor in the bathroom. The reception staff lacked basic courtesy and didn’t seem interested in addressing any of these issues. The room had a negative vibe and felt uncomfortable, particularly for couples. Overall, i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing or pleasant stay. Definitely not worth the money.

Poor Stay
Food was great. Room bed sheets were dirty. Also receptionist was not sharing managers number as i have early checkin.

Average experience
The hotel rooms were extremely nice and cosy but some basic things were lacking not provided (toiletries, the card lock for the room was disabled for unknown reasons. Besides, the check in took around 30 mins. We had reached the hotel around 9:30 pm and were made to wait till the hotel discussed whether to let us check in or not. Having said that, the food was great and room was clean and cosy.

Hotel is good. Management is poor. Mosquitos, for which no help provided and ended up checking out quickly. Room service needs to be improved drastically. Not at all value for money. Won't recommend to anyone

The rooms and location were all good, but the service was the worst. Even after calling them again and again n asking for something like a dental kit and some basic amenities they will just ignore. Worst service
