staff was rude. service was not proper. food quality was not upto the mark. no complaint accepted by management against staff. TV recharge was not done. AC was not working. overall bad experience. in same budget you will get better property. I will not recommend this hotel.

Good Stay
Good hotel, rooms are neat and clean. The kitchen is available, and the food quality is good at a reasonable price. Hotel located in main nanded city nearby bus stand and railway station.

Pathetic experience
familyIt was a terrible experiece staying in this hotel, we have paid almost 6000 for two rooms and we reached at 7 pm for check in, the room was not clean bed matress was so hard to even sit on, cockroaches was d ere, no emenities in room that described was there, tv was not working, both the rooms was dirty, would not reccomend anyone for this stay, last but not the least we told at reception that we want our brekfast before 8 am in morning as we will check out at 8 am because we were having our fligjt, but when in morning asked for breakfast tea or something the denied that kitchen will open at 8:30

Terrible Stay
the worst hotel till now which i ever visited,the beds were so uncomfortable and there is ni proper ac,as well as no proper room maintenance and cleanliness,the room was so dusty please don’t encourage such type of hotel with high price if you are not capable of doing it to the standard.for sure i will give 0 ⭐️ if there is an option.

My worst ever stay
Staff behaviour is poor. Amenities are not good. Food is not good. No proper parking space. No soap.

Terrible Stay
As soon as i entered at reception, the receptionist shouted and was angry at me. He was very rude. The room wasn't good, not shampoo for the bath.

Cleaning is not good
Service is poor, in bathroom no cleanliness, no tooth brush and paste is available and shower is also not working, towel is not clean and fresh

Average Stay
The reception at the entry was lukewarm. Basic items like soap, tea bags etc were not provided for by the hotel. The blanket spread on the bed had holes in it. In this winter season electric kettle is one of the essentials in a hotel room to have hot water which was not there. I had to make a request to get it after assuring to pay the charge therefor. Let the hotel hike the tariff and provide the facilities. Alternatively, the staff at the reception may be trained to offer to the guests an upgrade to next higher category room for more comfort with an extra price. Many guests like me would take it keeping in view the season and duration of stay.

Clean and hygeinic rooms. Washroom and accessories too were properly maintained. Food can improved.
