Amazing Hospitality
The hospitality of the Zana brand is amazing.They offer complementary mini bar in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Amazing Sta
it is a new resort. Services, food and hospitality is too good. Despite the rain the property is well maintained and cleanliness is too good.

Super stay
The location of the property is truly wonderful, and the ambiance is inviting and enjoyable. The staff here genuinely cares about the guests; Saurabh, the manager, was incredibly supportive and patient while addressing all our feedback. Although we encountered a few concerns during our stay, they were handled with priority, making us feel valued. The food exceeded our expectations and was surprisingly delicious. We were particularly impressed with how welcoming the property was to our dog. They provided customized meals for her, which was a thoughtful touch. She felt right at home, and her routine sanitation needs were accommodated seamlessly. It brought us so much joy to see her happy. Sahiba was also a compassionate presence during our stay, and Varsha took great care of us from the very beginning. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. While there are a few areas for improvement, our time here was genuinely positive, and we appreciated all the efforts made to ensure our comfort.

Nice but can be bette
We booked the Kosi River Room for our annual family holiday with our 5 and 1yr old. These are the things we liked/didn't like about the property. 1. Staff - 7/10. Courteous & Polite but little slow in responding. 2. Food - 10/10. From Breakfast to Dinner the food was outstanding. It's a decent size place. They don't offer buffet if the occupancy is less but ensure that the guests are satisfied with the dishes offered. They also catered for special requests for our 1yr old. 3. Game zone - Superb. It keeps the kids busy. It isn't free but Pawan from the game zone ensured each penny was worth it. 4. Property - It's a big property with 4 categories of rooms. It has a swimming pool too but the room design and washrooms are very inconvenient. There are no cupboards to store things. The rooms are also small compared to other places we've stayed at (the same size) No dim lights in the washroom. It was a task to keep the infant from going in the washroom again & again. Overall: 8/10

Great location, lush greenery — but service and comfort lost in the chaos.
Positives: The hotel is located in a very nice area with a peaceful atmosphere and plenty of greenery around. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to relax away from the city buzz. Negatives: Unfortunately, the positives stop at the location. The room layout feels more like a congested chawl than a thoughtfully designed hotel. Food quality is just average, but the prices are on the higher side, making it poor value for money. The biggest disappointment was the staff. Service was painfully slow and the overall attitude was lazy and unsupportive. Every small request felt like a task for them. The in-house dining supervisor was either extremely rude or simply lacked basic hospitality skills—it was hard to tell if it was intentional or just their natural behavior. Would not recommend unless you’re only visiting for the location and don’t mind compromising on service and comfort

Amazing, photogenic and in the nature
The stay was fantastic. Absolutely amazing property and wonderfully managed. The first sight as you enter the property, you are greeted with property staff and welcome drinks. And when you are on the way to your rooms, the real magic begins, and you are straight in the nature zone. Location is too very convenient as it is on main road and near to common places for day activities and restaurants. Amenities were incredibly good . The Hi tea was very decent and served good items. Overall perfect stay and wonderful experience. I would recommend everyone to stay at this property atleast once when you are in Corbett.

Poor Stay
1, resort is very small, no view nothing 2, resort light blink in evey 20 min, ac ,lift ,tv restart every 20 min 3, breakfast is cold , very poor service, if u go late u get every thing cold or empty, they will refil it very late, they cannot handle more crowd in the breakfast time

Terrible Stay
They don't know how to treat their guest specially there rules are very uncommon that they only give high tea to some selected guest which is very uncommon as compared to other hotels and staff is less responsive

Very bad and pathetic
That hotel has charged me with 11000 per night but in that he has given me very bad stinky room and Terri able kitchen no cleanliness no clean washroom and when I checked that room rates at their reception it was listed like 1500 per night that means they are cheating the customer

Terrible Stay
The staff is horrible they insult people it was a terrible experience, they didn’t even allowed us outside food and their kitchen was closed we slept empty stomach that night .

Pleasant Stay
We stayed for 2 nights with complete family and really enjoyed the stay. The resort is newly built have great architecture and rooms are vibrant and clean. Overall landscape of property is also great.

Small sized rooms Zana
Size of the room is very small as per the price they are charging , staff is good , food is also good but service is very slow . I ordered Biryani but didnt get raita with it , when called them for raita then they sent it after 1 hr . They also offered us their suite for Toilet not working in our home , their suite was very small in size .
