Room is good. 24 hour hot/cold water available. Near to my work station. Co operative staff. Well connected. I often visit Bengaluru for my work and so convenient for me to choose this particular stay.

The service was very disappointing. There were no proper amenities provided, and the management did not respond to complaints. The room was not well maintained, and the most inconvenient part was the lack of hot water. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and not worth the money paid.

while booking we referred to the images shown on the app . But in reality the rooms were not upto the mark . poor ventilation.Old property.No one at the front desk

The rooms were just okay, not as great as expected. No proper drinking water was kept, and we were not given a lock/key for the room. The rooms seemed quite old and not well maintained. Overall, the stay was average.
