I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, things started going downhill.
Infact this is not a beach resort.
Worst breakfast ever
Unprofessional staff
Check-in was chaotic and disorganized. We were left waiting over an hour for our room, and when we finally got in, it was nowhere near the standard advertised. The room was dirty, the sheets looked unwashed, and the bathroom had a terrible smell. To make things worse, the air conditioning barely worked, and maintenance took forever to respond.
The staff, while some were friendly, mostly seemed indifferent or overwhelmed. Customer service was nearly non-existent when we tried to address our concerns. We were either brushed off or told to “wait and see.”
The food at the resort was below average — cold, repetitive, and lacked variety. The "all-inclusive" option felt like a joke, with half the menu unavailable and drinks watered down beyond belief.
What was most frustrating was the lack of transparency. Hidden fees popped up at check-out, and none of our complaints were taken seriously.
I rarely write negative reviews, but this stay was such a letdown I felt compelled to warn others. There are far better resorts out there for the same price — I strongly recommend looking elsewhere
