I had high hopes for this resort, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, things started going downhill. Infact this is not a beach resort. Worst breakfast ever Unprofessional staff Check-in was chaotic and disorganized. We were left waiting over an hour for our room, and when we finally got in, it was nowhere near the standard advertised. The room was dirty, the sheets looked unwashed, and the bathroom had a terrible smell. To make things worse, the air conditioning barely worked, and maintenance took forever to respond. The staff, while some were friendly, mostly seemed indifferent or overwhelmed. Customer service was nearly non-existent when we tried to address our concerns. We were either brushed off or told to “wait and see.” The food at the resort was below average — cold, repetitive, and lacked variety. The "all-inclusive" option felt like a joke, with half the menu unavailable and drinks watered down beyond belief. What was most frustrating was the lack of transparency. Hidden fees popped up at check-out, and none of our complaints were taken seriously. I rarely write negative reviews, but this stay was such a letdown I felt compelled to warn others. There are far better resorts out there for the same price — I strongly recommend looking elsewhere

The hotel did not provide basic toiletries, and the rooms and property were very basic as well. Most importantly, they do not have beach access, despite what their property photos suggest. The place was poorly maintained, with stray dogs roaming around the property and even stealing clothes that were hung out to dry. The washroom, bed, and other furniture were outdated and basic. The bed creaked loudly with any movement. I booked a room for night (first week of February), but upon arrival, I realized it was not worth the price, especially when there are better properties available at lower rates. Breakfast had limited options but was somewhat tasty and satisfying. There was no cupboard, no intercom, no light in the dressing area, and no other essential amenities.

Room and bathroom not adequately maintained. Needs to maintain properly. More food option to be included.

Terrible stay, don't prefer Deluxe rooms. Decent Breakfast. Mosquito trouble. Poor Air Conditioning.

The staff is very courteous and very helpful for everything. The services are top on the top but the maintenance of the property was not good enough. Old bedsheet and towels. No pest control for cockroach and lizards. Location is superb. No private beach but walking access to vijay nagar beach.

Average, there are better resorts for same price in neighbouring areas. Basic amenities like room service, wifi and intercom are not available.

Food was excellent. Room was good but no tv wifi did not came inside the room but wifi was super-fast in lawn. Service was also good. They can improve their rooms.

very small rooms, denied breakfast(had asked only for toast and boiled egg) even on request as we had to leave early to catch the ferry. food ok type. average comfort.

average resort for the price. the rooms were just average. the ac did not had any temperature control. so be ready to wake up every now and then to switch on and off. the bed was squeaking. the staff behavior was good. restaurant standard average for the price.

Decent staff (spandan was very helpful and mr. Prakash is there to assist with activities you can do at havelock island. The cafe and food is decent. We had booked a super deluxe cottage but experience was not good. No proper lighting in room, lots of mosquitoes and washroom was ok-ok. Overall, it was not value for money.

Everything was good. From starting to checkout everything went great. Their ambience, host, room, food all were amazing. We had really a good stay there

Property is up to the mark ambience is also good especially the rooms smells great and washroom was too great
