Review Of YELLOW TREE

Location good. Inside food not available, service not good. Television is not working in the deluxe suite room. Breakfast too bad. Only dosa available. Overall ratings" 0" experience is very bad

The services need lot of improvement. Caretaker us good bur staff are not upto mark. Breakfast being supplied but not on time.

1) snacks counter and mini bar not provided. 2) intercom not there in the room. 3) water was chargeable.

Room was spacious and clean. Washroom was also clean. But poor maintanence. Also service is poor. It is more like a guest house. However, loved the stay.

Hotel stuff not responding over phone misguide and lier latrine system is wrist in every room. Water leakage from comod. Very poor. I suggest not to book this hotel.

It was a pathetic experience like the washroom water tap was not working properly door got locked suddenly no one for management don't present at reception. They didn't even provide the bills of water which we have taken.

Rooms, toilets, bet sheets, pillow covers nothing are clean. Rooms are not as per images shown. It was a horrible stay for me. Ac is not cooling. No proper facility for breakfast. Not worth to pay more than 3000 rs. Room rent should be max 800 rs. Pretty much 3rd class facility.

The bad sheet was not clean there was no drinking water on the 2nd night there so full suffered from lack of drinking water the complimentary breakfast was not good and i had to inform him many times for breakfast and they procured from local food for breakfast please don't recommend such a hotel in future because the staff was not good even though the service was soo bad. For me it's a total waste of money.

No complimentary breakfast. Poor house keeping. Bedsheets and pillow covers are soiled. Water stagnating in bathroom. Plenty of mosquitoes.

1st day they arranged my stay at different hotel. Room quality is very middle class and distant from bistupur. 2nd day, they took me back to the original property. At the time of checkout, no one was present at reception and did not provide any break fast. I checked out at 7:50 am. In the morning. Tough i informed them the previous day about my early check-out in advance.

Breakfast was provided on time and bed sheet and pillow cover was not clean and number of service was very less.

Took 1 hr to check in. Bedsheet, pillow covers and blanket looks very old and dirty. No breakfast was available even at 9:15, as per the policy or was mentioned that breakfast available from 8:30 in the morning not value for the money charged.

No staff .only one person is catering to all rooms.Basic amenities of the kitchen like tea ,coffee etc. are not there .Even the kitchen stuff three days stay we have to buy milk from the market and supply to hotel kitchen for tea.Not worth of money

Restaurant is not available, given twin bed, sofa pillow is worst condistion, liquidator is not available

Review: very poor services. Rooms not ready. Booked for 4 people but arrangements were done for only 2. Restaurant not in hotel. Conflict with a restaurant tied upon, not ready to deliver, food quality not good. Very less staff hence proper service not there. Car parking is in open. Official stay still manageable but not recommended for family stay at all

No room service, no kitchen services and even don’t have card swipe machin, customer have to wait for manager to arrive to make payment. It is totally bad experience. Make my trip should be very vigilant while enrolling a hotel. I will rate 1 for my stay

Morning breakfast they are buy from out side and give, housekeeping also very bad

A house owner is trying to sell his rooms as hotel room. There is zero elements of service. He has collected a bunch of very young uneducated boys ( mind you they are helpful ) they do not have any cook. The breakfast they write free with booking is a fixed one 2 idlies and one vada with sambhar and chutney. They procure it from nearby restaurant ridiculously, they also offer dinner, which is fixed (procured from nearby hotel) from any angle this is not a hotel as the hotel must have services. Which is nil

Spacious and clean room. They gave us an upgraded room properly clean and they responded to all our queries. Food was reasonable and good

Ok so i didn't stay in so called "yellow tree" so it goes like this. I called yellow tree and some staff picked up the call, who was so so unprofessional, i don't know what kind of people they have hired. I wanted to stay with my bf, so i confirmed thrice whether it's couple friendly hotel or not, as he said "yes yes yes" and so i proceeded to book the room cause they were charging me for per night and it was showing around. After proceeding with the payment, they deducted 3100 from my up i which was quite surprising. But anyways after doing all the booking formalities i called the hotel back and confirmed, but this time they were not sure about the "couple friendly" part. As the booking was non-refundable so i tried to convince the hotel if they have any alternate so that i don't loose my (which is a big amount for) which might not be for the hotel owner named as prakash if i am not wrong, somehow i connected with the mm t helpline, after so many beggings, mmt let me talk to the owner of the hotel. I was just concern about my money which i lost. Even though i had a bad bad bad experience without stepping into this hotel, so just imagine how words it could have been if i stayed here.
