i am not the avid reviewer but this needs a serious attention. After been suffered from a worst experience, i realised that the best i can do is at-least make others aware who plan to come here thinking for a good experience with family and friends. What one look for in a hotel is all missing in this property. - a good, hygiene room
- a good food
- and most importantly a good host rooms -
1) room were all filled with dust. No one even bother to ask for a bedsheet change. 2) no water bottle, no sleepers walking around room (important for a cold place. When we asked for these, the hotel gave us 2 small 5 rupee bottles and a single sleeper. Person said 'hum sabko yahi dete he. Haha. Note - the hotel gives you as many water bottles you ask for. But remember they will remind you every-time that we don't charge for that. Funny. Food - this needs a special mention. 1) never seen a hotel which denies room delivery even when you come from a tiring valley visit. Logic is that the guests will damage the things in room if foods are delivered in room. 2) there are cats and dogs all around, which is good who love pets but here's a twist, the small sweet cat can anytinet come on your table and share tea with you in the same cup. Point is the hotel can have a separate small house like place for that cat. Definitely cat and guests both will feel good. 3) in the name of morning breakfast spread, one will have 1 variety of paratha, 1 variety of sandwich & toast and has to make a deep request for a fresh good tea. When we shared the feedback - answer was - common' you could have asked. But sad thing is that no manager, chef or the receptionist will be there to ask for. Again funny. Frustrating part will come in the next part. Hotel hosts - this is utmost important to note. There are 2 people - a girl (sits in reception) and a guy (so called 'property owner) what a people. As a guests we at-least got to know the girl name but the guy always introduced himself as the owner & ceo of the property who claims to make his own rules for the property. Beware!beware! in case you gets in a conversation with these guys, irrespective you are right or wrong, the girl and guy/owner ) can point finger on your face and can ask you to leave the property. With me the reason was a senseless conversation. Like many, i am not a very strong heart-ed person. The receptionist asked me to pay extra for the non-informed room upgrade, which definitely i will deny. Due to network error, we both side could not confirm for the room upgrade. Believe me, i would have paid it if this has been brought to my notice in a correct way. She started the conversation with a high pitch because she wanted us to wait until 10 morning for her to come in the reception to discuss about such things. You cannot plan your valley visit without completing the formalities otherwise you may face such conversations. She starts her day around 10 and wants guests to plan the day as per her convenience. Haha. In the whole conversation, she used so-called slangs and also showed humanity by giving me a free water bottle (for cooling my temper down. Girl you cannot always play girl cards. I asked for checking the conversation in the camera. But the hotel doesn't have cameras also. Huh! next is the so-called owner. The guy will be just - i am the owner. This is my property. I can do whatever i want. Phewww. Never seen such a poor minded guy. @owner - dude you need to change. Your position and action doesn't match. Summarising, if the whole spit-ti is full and you are not getting any place to spend the night then also think 100 times before coming here. You may end up spending good amount of money and take away bad experience. By the way, we saw both these people sitting in reception from early morning and were talking nicely. They knew that this review is going to come, so they were sorry. Hahaha. Guys. More genuine reviews are coming. Get ready. You need to serve well otherwise you don't get to stand anywhere.
