Hotel location is good. room size, beds, bathroom and hygiene is good. Food is good and has good ambience in their restaurant.

The staff was good and friendly.The road side view was very beautiful I enjoyed a lot on the morning and make my time very memorable.

The food was delicious and the stay was comfortable. Housekeeping and laundry was also on a satisfactory level. Staff behaviour was nice and overall property was in the heart of the city which helps us to roam all around with less fare

Expensive even compared to mumbai

Poor hygiene rooms not clean. Cob web everywhere, food quality bad. Complementary drinking water is not available. Toilet flush not working properly overall experience very bad

I would like to say that the staff is very humble and polite, also the cleanliness is maintained properly especially the food is also very tasty and it is perfect location for visiting sight seeing places near silvassa

Room was neat and clean also very good ac. There was issue in eatery in evening 4to7 so we didn't get anything overall pleasant experience

Property location is not good, it is adjacent to road. Lot's of dust particles observed at balcony. Breakfast quality

Now hotel is near to under construction bridge. There are not any path for vehicle. Totally safety point of view hotel is at terrible place.

Rooms are big, the AC in the room is of smaller capacity . . You will require lot of time to get hot water for taking Bath as the water heater is too small. Front desk was not at all professional, and initial room allotted was not good. Not value for money Will not recommend for stay

Rooms are spacious. Cleanliness is excellent. Staff very much cooperative. Location is very good. Only thing to improve AC and hot water shower. Food is also good. In short value for money is assured in popular hotels and resorts at Silvassa

It was bad experiences till date. Very expensive with no service. Hotel staff especially receptionist are rude. No driver's room. Room was very neat and clean but basic things was not there. Prefer not to stay with family. Tourist places are also far away from there.
