Terrible experience. The hotel manager has no and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Very disrespectful and arrogant. Please don’t waste your time or money here.

hotel at a good location main road , rickshaw stand right outside hotel, very nice staff and very good service. one of the light bulbs was not working. other than that everything was good as per the price

Our allotted rooms were dirty. No towels provided, No TV recharge, food price very very expensive, pathetic staff continuously knocking door for tip. horrible experience.

very unhygienic, rude behaviour by staff, receptionist also very rude, don't provide any kit, I am bagging for soup atleast 3 times

The room was quite amazing the only thing that was not present was the towal and the door mate. The location is perfect. In house bar and restaurant. Overall it's a perfect property.

Service very poor reception not answer properly

Booked super deluxe room foot the holidays but the room was not even of simple room. Very worst experience for the same. No hot water. No telephone. Nothing. Not ammunity

Rooms were spacious but the cleanliness of the bedsheets and towels toilet area was not good.

Very poor service response. Cloth hankers were not provided for more than a hour. Tv recharged after 1 hour. Water particles dropping from the ac on the bed and i couldn't sleep properly. Mirror not available in the bathroom. Hot water not coming in the bathroom and then they provided a immersion water heater. Very bad experience. I switched off the ac.

Poorly maintained hotel. Poor room service. Average food. Cold shoulder reception staff. Gopd location. Overall ok for a night in emergency but avoidable for its dirty linen.

Absolutely pathetic as per your reference and physically seen

Torn towel, blankets unclean, and floors were sticky too. Bathroom was well maintained and ac was perfectly working though. All in all sleeping comfort was missing.

Going by guest reviews of 2pts on your website we heisted to book. But was suprised with clean rooms and all amenities provided becoz the hotel is renovated recently. Location close to main bus station.

Nice outer view and also comfortable to stay. Staff is also co operative
