businessI was on a short business trip. Reached late at night and the first room shown to me had broken window glass. The staff tried to convince me to stay in the same room at my insistence, the staff changed room with a lot of reluctance. Ac was switching on-off randomly. There was no remote to set the temperature. When I complained, one staff member came with a stick to adjust the temperature.

All OK, the area where the hotel was in the middle of the city surrounded by factories on one side.
Nothing, only the concerned was there was no lift in the hotel, people with the abilities or senior citizen cant walk through stairs.
