Good

Firstly it is very poorly maintained and shabby. Staff are rude and ill mannered. Complimentary breakfast is served as though it is free and separately made very cheaply. Mm t had taken additionally 5-600 rupees for breakfast but only two items were served, no value for money. Overall very pathetic and will never book through mm t henceforth

Hotel is good and neat. Not crowded. Room is spacious enough for 2. Only thing hot water is not available. We need to inform the reception to have heater switched on. Sometimes even after informing we didn't get. Complementary breakfast is good enough.

Pioneer Hotel is in the center of Silvassa at a location close to most of the places to visit around. Room space, service, cleanliness etc are really excellent. The food we get in the hotel is a bit costlier but worth the amount they charge. Stayed there for one night and the family was very happy with the hotel. Would strongly recommend it for anybody visiting Silvassa. Great value for money. Thumbs up !!!

It was a good Experience and Hotel staff were very polite and offer good service. Rooms were neat and clean. Food is bit expensive but was tasty. A Good hotel at prime location with all amenities nearby the hotel.

The hotel is really worst .. This is the only word I have .. Its building is very old and rooms are dirty as well .. When I checked-in, rooms were not clean, it looks like old haweli .. And there were lizards in bathroom which was not clean either. The staff is not also supportive. Had really bad experience. Cancelled the room within 10 minutes after check-in. Not at all recommended.

The reception and the room services are excellent. Food is tastier. The rooms are clean. House keeping and room service personnel are cordial. The bathrooms and the rest rooms are clean. The front side room has some traffic noise disturbances. Like to stay again.

Please don't opt this hotel, worst hotel ever I visited with poor room service. Room service is horrible After our visit, we called room service for water, 30 min passed no one attended us I personally went to reception for asking water. Horrible hotel please don't visit

Non cooperative support staff and average food service. The room was spacious and comfortable but the quality of service was a huge let down. The staff isn't proactive and you have to call them for even a basic activity such as picking up plates after lunch/dinner. The breakfast was not at all good and I was told by the staff that chef was on leave which is amusing.

Bathrooms small not up to the mark, restaurant service is slow, no buffet breakfast and is limited. Overall average. Location of hotel is good. Spoke to the reception, they are not that helpful when it comes to service.

A good experience with family. Location was good. In house liquor shop is great advantage. The restaurant food is delightful and extraordinary. The service was good and the all over stay was satisfactory

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. Perfect for a business traveller. Rooms are spacious and neat. Cleanliness can be improved a bit. Food was excellent. Recommended hotel for business travellers

This is average Hotel .. Not much options in breakfast .. No buffet system for breakfast .. Hotel is good .. But old hotel .. Food quality is also average .. Quality of the rooms is not as per room charges .. Room charges should be less.

Lots to improve, rooms are not good, no proper room service, no lightings in reception and lobby area, no water availbl, waiters are laughin on our complain for water, dirty floor and lobby, no sitting arrengment at reception

Hotel need renovation. Rooms are spacious but very old amenities. Location is good but in busy area, just behind Silvassa bus stand. Food was very good. Very less options in breakfast. So overall hotel ambience was average but food was yummy. It is good for business travelers because of the location. We had Bath tub in our room but it was nonfunctional.
