Being the only guests in the resort the management was super unaccomodative. Since we booked 1 room and one out front there was a stark difference in the service. Booking got us just breakfast inclusive but buying another room outfront gave us breakfast lunch and dinner all inclusive. The staff actually severed the different package guests differently whereas as a family we had to order separately sit separately ( which after fighting we at least sat on one table) ate different food and my children if they liked something from the different package food couldn't be shared because around 10 people were standing always on our head for 8 of us who kept a close watch on whether the food was being shared or not with different package members. Never in my life had i thought that hotel industry whose soul, bread and butter is customer satisfaction would treat it's soul like this! all the more when only our presence gave them business for those 2 days! food was good though but i would rather choose respect, accommodation when you have the power, customer satisfaction, modification, adjustment which was all possible by them over just good food which i couldn't even share with my family. Room service or hotel service was suuupeeerr slow. By the time they served chapati veg got cold and by the time they got tea coffee breakfast was over. Serving from one table to another we had to repeat 4 tines to different people. They did couple of adjustments for which we had to give them duhaais of a lot more adjustments that we were doing. if this goes to the resort as a review i would like to suggest the following adjustments they could have done to maintain customer satisfaction. 1. Irrespective of where we booked from the food could be served as we never paid less anywhere. Instead of feeding 20 including staff you could have fed just 4 more
2. You could have asked to pay a minimum amount extra for sieving all under same package
