very poor hotel also landline is not working cleaning is worst please don't recommend not good for corporate

Rooms are okay. Service poor. The washroom & dustbin were not cleaned after the previous check out. The hotel staff was polite & courteous.

There was water issues in the hotel and there was no basic toiletries in the bathroom Air condition was good at all the whole night I was using the noisy fan I also took the breakfast option but the kitchen was closed due to certain problem by the management and I had no breakfast that day it was a horrible experience for the first time in all these years I will never ever stay in this property anymore

To the senior management of Make my trip, it's my humblest request to you never ever make such properties part of mmt. It will not only hamper your brand image but it will kill it. It will make your brand Oyo or worse. With my stay i felt like I was staying in some cheap red light area hotel. ( pardon my words) it came right through my heart. i would love to speak to you in person if possible. thank you Akshay

Property infra and location is good but cleanliness and service was poor amenities were not working properly shifted room 2 times and also didn't given extra time to stay back for 2hrs Service need to be improved

The break fast option is pathetic and not having good enough selection also room is not proper and stinking with smoking smell even toiletry is poor.

Poor service, no intercom, no parking. But somebody sitting in lobby of hotel. Keep saying park near the red audi. (which is parked outside beside the road)

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre. And good food and quality.
