Shantivan Resort

Excellent place and peaceful environment but one restaurant is not there good staff and excellent service

The experiance was Pathetic. No Room Service, TV not working properly, Rooms not clean, No hot water. For room service you need to inform them and they will get it from outside. What type of RESORT id this. How Make My Trip is advocating this property.

The resort is fine, neat, spacious and clean. The hospitality is warm. During our stay we found resort to be mostly vacant but that was because of holidays, they said.

The property is clean, well maintained and likely to be revisited again due to great hospitality. The location is very well connected to market and near by place. It has krishna chaya and shalimar resturant in the vicinity for veg and non veg food. The staff is extremely cordial and supportive.

Nice place to relax, homely food

Location is inside the city limits, but close to the highway. We planned stay here enroute from mumbai to ahmedabad. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping services were up to the mark. The resort has large lawn, mostly used for weddings. There are no other amenities like a typical resort. No children play area or recreational activities. The best part: breakfast was modest but very tasty. It is must try. I had the best poha and up-ma here. If you are looking for a good place to stay in valsad, this can be considered.

Overall great experience, however wanted to mention below points 1) room was not garden facing as shown in the option at the time of booking. 2) area of resort is spacious but there is no proper place to sit outdoor, benches placed outdoor are not comfortable.

This is the only resort in val-sad city available. We had booked our room with breakfast but we were charged for the same. The hotel didnt provide us the dental kit. The resort does not have a swimming pool. The experience was not as expected.

Hotel was nice and clean but hotel staff was very rude and misbehaved with my guest, actually, I had a wedding in that resort so few people went there for changing and they were treated very badly. There has to be some professionalism.

The property is developed with a lot of thought and care. Keep up the good work. The stay was fantastic. Can be even better when the kitchen starts operating.

Very well maintained. All surrounding area is very clean & peaceful. We love complimentary breakfast. Staff & servants are very noble & good. The staff is friendly & very cooperative.

Very well built Resort, the only thing lacking was a restaurant and some extra facilities that a Resort should have, as the name goes.

It is very peaceful location. The staff was friendly and hotel was very clean. If anyone looking for hotel in Valsad I definitely recommend Santivan hotel.
