Average Stay
Basic amenities. Water leaking in bathroom. Restaurant staff very slow and untrained. Food takes 30-40 mins to make. Uncleanliness is there

There service was too let. I waited 1. 30 hours for a cup of tea. Tv worked after 3 hours

Review of 3 night stay
Pros : Hotel is situated at a central location and close to a lot of eateries and shops. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is courteous and responds well to requests. Cons : The initial room assigned had broken lock on main door and could not get fixed. It also had a very noticable stink of cigarette. The hotel staff changed our room which was better than the previous one. However, the intercom did not work. Even the flush was not working and was fixed on the 2nd day of stay after multiple reminders. Bathroom cabinet was very dirty and got cleaned when we mentioned about it. The hotel needs a management that can enforce room cleanliness measures and maintain hygiene standards.

Hygiene review
We have booked suite room for 14th & 15th aug, 2021, i won't suggest anyone to go with this hotel as the hygiene was so poor no cleanliness very dirty. I feel we have wasted the money i felt we wr staying in some basic room not in suite room. Very disappointed not worth of money 4, 867. They don't even provide tooth brush no paste. After we calling up for towel soap they provided us same (shampoo 3 shashe and soap medimix & lifebuoy) before that they haven't kept the room ready and clean.

No hot water is bathroom, bathroom are very dirty no amenities as given, they claim to be 3 star but it is not more than one star. Rooms are dirty most of the lights are not working. Extremely overcharged

Feedback on hotel
Unlike before, staffs are not trained. Not so professional in behavior and attitude, especially the receptionist. It used to be a very clean hotel and local for business trip. Now the cleanliness has deteriorated so much.

MMT price was almost double compared to actual hotel tariff
M.MT is bluffing the people by charging double price to customer. The price when enquirer at hotel during check in was almost half the price what MMT has charged to me.
