We are always in hurry & in hurry we do a mistake, in which i made a mistake i made advance date booking instead current date booking but thanks to team mm t rabinder who rectified it @ 1. 15am & made mine accommodation at hotel.

Need to improve the quality of service
Worst experience ever..First of all the room was quite old, Not properly clean, so much dust that you couldn't even breathe properly, the bed sheet was not properly washed, no telephone, water overflow, Tv/Ac was there but no remote i asked to change the room and I was told we'll check and inform but no response..please plan accordingly, I'll not suggest such place for solo traveller especially for women.

Terrible Stay
When approach the hotel hotel management deny to check in they told we are under maintenance if that so why they have not given notice to make trip we do not found any maintenance work in hotel. They dont allow to use toilet to ladies also behavior was not good i strongly recommend not booked in this hotet

Terrible Stay
It was the worst experience i ever felt. There was no hot water for bathing, and the condition of the toilets was very inhygeinic. The food quality was very poor. In short, this type of hotel will lower the reputation of make my trip. Don't include this hotel in your list.

Experience is not good we faced lots of problems in rooms although we check in at 6. 00 pm but we didn't get a facility as we expect we have changed 3 rooms

Terrible stay
familyit was terrible to stay. On the out skirts of the city. No availability of any transport. Room was filthy. Ac working like a train engine. Tv not charged for subscription. Washroom dirty open drains rusted accessories. No bucket and towel. Pillows was almost black. Paint coming out of walls. I had to stay for a night only so managed somehow. Not recommended at all.

businessRoom area is too big. Ac not working properly. Food service is very poor. Food quality is good. Need more staff to serve better.

Very poor service at hotel. Washroom was very dirty. No landline to connect with reception. Also hotel is located outskirts of silvasa.

Good Stay
The stay was telly good. The location and rooms of the hotel are very nice. Even we enjoyed playing at the ground early morning with our kid. So we n joyed a lot.

Very bad experience
Very bad smell in rooms and so many mosquitos. No staff available at d time. Overall very bad experience

Average Stay
Hotel location is good. Room condition is average and quite big enough for 2 person but there is no split ac. It's old window ac that making noise whole night.

No facility provided no ac, no cleaning service not upto the mark. Normal things not provided such as dustbin, hygiene not maintained

Wonderful and great experience stayed for 2 days. The staff was cordial and polite. They even arranged for sight seeing which was great trip
