no fair price policy. charges on room menu and charges put in bill are different. no body ready to listen. Good stay
Positive: neat and clean room, spacious room, supportive staff, reasonable price. I feel food was oily (if you are the person who donโt like oily and spicy, need to inform them during order. Out of the town and road is really disaster.

Good Stay
Property location is good for wondering silvaasa, khanvel, dudhnilake, dapoda waterfall, lion safari park. Hotel staff behavior is genital polite and cooperative. Food's test is good but price is litte bit high compair to its quantity. Rooms are clean with comfortable bed, bathroom is also good and clean. On and average hotel hygienic factor is good to stay.

Excellent hospitality!
The staff was very accommodating and flexible. The rooms were spacious, hygienic and had all the necessary amenities. The location was easy to find as well. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay around this area.

Hopeless general manager at the helm of affairs.
The general manager mr pratik is very very arrogant and treats customers with little respect or care. The owners have put in lot of efforts to develop a good hotel but such people at the helm of affairs make the stay horrifying. Rest of the staff is good but mr pratik. The general manager will ruin all the dreams of the owners of the hotel who should keep in mind that he is in a hospitality industry. I would request the owners to contact me personally to understand my issue which i faced so that at-least your customers get a better treatment at-least in the future.

familyThere was no proper garden restaurant, food items and cocktails, mocktails were not available that were mentioned in menu. Services are very slow

Terrible Stay
This is the worst hotel standard offered to me by make my trip @4000 rs per night. I haven't used the hotel, we cancel-led our trip with family after going there at hotel and we wasted our money. Please refund my money immediately. This was worst diwali with my family due to make my trip offered lowest standard hotel @4000 rs per night and we cancel-led our trip and came back

Worthwhile experience
Very few good hotels in silvassa with excellent facilities and it's available at a good economical rate. Definitely the place to stay if you visit silvassa
