Absolutely stunning location, villa was clean, the new caretaker is super amazing, he cooked tasty food and helped us in every way possible, everything was perfect, would surely visit again.

property was good, however no early checkin was available even when I spoke to them one day before. finally have to adjust with 2 rooms which were available. Swimming pool was not clean. in house restaurant was not great. overall I would rate 3 out of 5 for this hotel.

Hi Sir, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to help us improve. Please allow us to humbly clarify a few points: 1) Early Check-In: We already offer an early check-in at 1 noon, which is earlier than most places. Since the villa was occupied the previous night, we couldn’t ask guests to leave before time, and our team needed time to clean and prepare the space before your standard check in time. Still, we offered you two available rooms at the back, well before check-in time, and you kindly accepted them without any objection. We did not even even ask for any additional charges for the 2 rooms. 2) Swimming Pool: Due to recent heavy rains, it was challenge to keep it clean sometimes. Based on your feedback, we’ve now installed covers to help maintain the pool better going forward. 3) Food Experience: This is a private villa and not a hotel, and we do not have an in-house restaurant. Food ordered from outside is not something we can control, though we’re always happy to assist with suggestions. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. It helps us grow, and we hope to host you again.

No water purifier and bad condition of swimming pool

No water purifier availability so have to buy water bottles from there. Water in the swimming pool was in very bad condition and when asked to the care taker he doesn't even care. Rest the view is great and good location

We were glad to know that your family enjoyed the pool afterward, so it felt a bit disheartening to see the same issue still mentioned in your review here. We believe this may give the wrong impression, especially considering the effort taken to resolve it quickly. We’d also like to mention that the caretaker made a genuine effort to ensure all your requests were communicated to us without delay.
