Hi Sir, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to help us improve. Please allow us to humbly clarify a few points: 1) Early Check-In: We already offer an early check-in at 1 noon, which is earlier than most places. Since the villa was occupied the previous night, we couldn’t ask guests to leave before time, and our team needed time to clean and prepare the space before your standard check in time. Still, we offered you two available rooms at the back, well before check-in time, and you kindly accepted them without any objection. We did not even even ask for any additional charges for the 2 rooms. 2) Swimming Pool: Due to recent heavy rains, it was challenge to keep it clean sometimes. Based on your feedback, we’ve now installed covers to help maintain the pool better going forward. 3) Food Experience: This is a private villa and not a hotel, and we do not have an in-house restaurant. Food ordered from outside is not something we can control, though we’re always happy to assist with suggestions. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback. It helps us grow, and we hope to host you again.

We were glad to know that your family enjoyed the pool afterward, so it felt a bit disheartening to see the same issue still mentioned in your review here. We believe this may give the wrong impression, especially considering the effort taken to resolve it quickly. We’d also like to mention that the caretaker made a genuine effort to ensure all your requests were communicated to us without delay.
