Worst experience and rude relationship management and reception desk. Booked for ac room and paid full amount one week prior. When i reached for check in they informed that they don't have vacant room and have aalrdy given to new admission and asked us to take up non ac room. I was with my wife and 2 yr baby too. Forced to stay in non ac room. When we asked for other options, they informed us make my trip will refund our amount. So i suggest make my trip not to cooperate with such kind of managements. We all reached there after 5 hours continuous driving, and was in reception lounge for 2hrs arguing with management. My 2 yr baby and 1 yr baby of other family suffered aloot. We dropped all our plans to explore wayanad, spoiled the complete trip. Returned to home next day as soon as early. It same happend to we three family's ( 3 ac rooms, ) who did full payments at the time of booking itself. We all three got non ac room only. (gave for free after lots of arguments)
