Good Stay
Rooms are very clean and spacious and owner is very supportive. Kitchen is available with utensils. Common hall area is available to use. It takes 10 to 15 min walk to the cliff. Only trouble is that food is not available at property. But that also manageable as it is near to cliff. My suggestion to owner is to provide some board games and a care taker.

Monsoon stay
Our stay was good. Host shah-id was also very kind-hearted person. Property provided us a staycation vibe since it was located away from the road. Amenities & services provided to us were also good. One thing they should take care about is the connecting path to the road, that could be more well-lit in the night & the water puddles that forms in-front of the gate should be prevented.

Excellent Stay
The property is clean and well maintained. It’s hardly about 500mts from varkala cliff. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Had a relaxing day there
It was a good place lots of space outside spacious rooms clean bathrooms but the way to reach the place was pretty small

Comfortable clean and courteous host
coupleStay at villa lemon was very comfortable, the host was friendly supportive and took care of the stay needs we have, i will surely recommend this place, close to the cliff. Way to parking is through a narrow lane but the hosts will assist you with that, overall good for family couples and bachelors, hope the same standards are maintained in future, surely a thumbs up for the next visit.

groupShahid is a very very sweet guy. You can rely upon him about everything in varkala. The stay is nice and cozy. Its very peaceful. I faced no issues in my 3 days stay.
